Set the Membership Radius for Your Venue

As a ClubPASS administrator for your club, you can set the membership radius for your venue.  

  1. Go to the Venues tab in ClubPASS and select your venue.  

  2. Go to the ClubPASS sign-in section and click the Edit button.  

  3. Scroll to the Membership Settings and the Member Radius heading.

  4. Select the desired membership radius for your club.  

  5. Once finished, click the Save button at the top of the page. 

This new setting will be automatically applied to non-members signing into your venue using ClubPASS, prompting your staff to sign the patron up as a member before allowing them to enter.
