Entry Exceptions – Vaccination Verification



If your club’s ClubPASS administrator has chosen to verify vaccination as a condition of entry, you can manage this through a one-time verification in ClubPASS. 

To resolve this entry exception: 

  1. Click the Resolve button against the patron. 

  2. You’ll see the vaccination exception at the top of this page if vaccination needs to be verified. 

  3. Ask the patron for proof of vaccination. If you are satisfied with their proof, click the Confirm and Verify button. 

  4. This exception has been resolved and the patron won’t need to show their proof of vaccination next time they sign into your venue using ClubPASS.  

  5. If there are no more entry exceptions to resolve, click the Allow Entry button.
